Returns and Exchanges

We offer two returns services, one for UK customers and one for International customers.


Our returns policy is 30 days from the date of shipping your order. Any returns outside of this window will only be eligible for an exchange if the items are returned in the original condition with all tags in place up to 45 days after the purchase date.

Due to the large number of orders we experience around Christmas and New year exchanges are taking longer to be processed. In light of this we recommend UK customers wanting to exchange instead return items for a refund and place a new order using the code FREEEXCHANGE for free shipping if the order is under £50. All orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. 


Christmas Returns Policy

For any items bought outside of our 30 day return policy, we will offer an exchange only. Items must be returned with original tags in place, and be fit for re-sale. All requests for exchanges must be returned to us by Friday 14th January 2022.

For customers ordering two sizes for Christmas presents, we will refund the unwanted size if customers keep the other jumper. All unwanted sizes must be returned to us by January 14th 2022.


We encourage our United Kingdom customers to use our free returns policy on orders over £100 to order two sizes and refund the unwanted size for a simple refund. Jumpers can be placed on top of the giftees other clothing to see if the fit is right.

For International Customers, we offer a heavily subsidised returns shipping offer with UPS which can include collection from your nominated address.


United Kingdom Customers

Free UK Returns on all orders of £100 and over or free returns if you order two sizes.

  1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box
  2. If your order value was £100 or over please contact us at for a pre-paid Royal Mail shipping slip
  3. Download a returns slip by clicking here
  4. For orders under £100 goods, or if items are not being exchanged, items must be returned to us at your own cost. If the goods when received were notably faulty, we shall refund the postage expense incurred and refund or exchange the item after inspection.
  5. On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 5-7 working days.
  6. Any refund will be returned in the same currency as purchase.
  7. Please post your item(s) to the following address. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your courier.

International Customers - Returns Service
We offer subsidised shipping to facilitate international returns with UPS. If you're unsure of your size, or gifting for a loved one, please consider using our returns service. Included in the price below is a collection from your home or workplace, or you can simply drop off to your local UPS collection point
