Merino Wool Yarn
Exceptionally fine and naturally intelligent, merino wool is prized for its ability to regulate temperature while remaining soft against the skin. Designed by nature to adapt, it provides warmth in cooler conditions and breathability when temperatures rise.
We source our chunky merino from Peru and our extrafine and superfine merino is supplied by industry favourites Zegna Baruffa (Est. 1850), Papi Fabio (Est. 1890) and Lanerossi (Est. 1817).

"The quality is high, but the product is expensive and appears fragile. For me, personally, the expense was not worth a garment that could potentially become damaged shortly after purchase (although it may be more durable than it appears; I obviously didn't want to test it). If you have the money to spend, though, you would be hard pressed to find a nicer piece of activewear."

"I like this top which I bought a couple of months after I got the extra fine merino zip jumper/cardigan. The fit is very slightly slimmer than the zip jumper which I prefer, although the hood, when it's up, feels tight at the back of the neck. I rarely wear the hood up but it's nice to have the option. It could be a couple of cms shorter in the body, I think, as it's supposed to be active wear. The model in the picture is taller than me so it looks better on him - maybe have two lengths?Overall, it looks and feels very high quality."
