  • Pilling may occur on the first few wears. Remove gently using a depilling comb; do not pull
  • Hand-wash (30°C max) in tepid water with a specialist wool detergent or baby shampoo
  • Gently press out the excess water, take care not to stretch or wring the fabric
  • Lay the item flat to dry in its natural shape
  • Do not tumble dry. Never dry on direct heat or radiators
  • To refresh your knitwear gently steam between wears
  • Alternatively, dry clean

Merino Wool Yarn

Exceptionally fine and naturally intelligent, merino wool is prized for its ability to regulate temperature while remaining soft against the skin. Designed by nature to adapt, it provides warmth in cooler conditions and breathability when temperatures rise.

We source our chunky merino from Peru and our extrafine and superfine merino is supplied by industry favourites Zegna Baruffa (Est. 1850), Papi Fabio (Est. 1890) and Lanerossi (Est. 1817).

Reviews

Just what I wanted

"This is the essence of a snood. It is not overly bulky which for me is a plus since I have a short neck and as indicated soft to wear. The quality with such a fine knit after using it a few times appears well made but would like to see how it is in a year. Quite stretchy which surprised me and that is not a bad thing since it adds comfort when worn."

I ordered this for a

"I ordered this for a Christmas Gift, the snood is a lovely item and great colour but unfortunately, the hem came away after a couple of uses. It probably wasn’t caught properly when stitched. However! I advised customer service who offered an immediate replacement, provided a pre paid label to return and sent out the replacement as soon as I provided proof that it was on its way back to them - to get it back to me asap. Things happen but it’s the way you deal with them - and this was dealt with brilliantly. Thank you. Would definitely place further orders."
