Light and fluffy, yet incredibly warm, our chunky merino knits use woollen spun yarns, the process of which involves trapping air between the fibres to create a voluminous chunky yarn. It's a technique that has been used for thousands of years to produce highly effective, insulating winter knitwear, suited to even the most extreme colds. We work with a 150 year old Peruvian co-operative who farm and spin the chunky merino yarn using this technique to create our timeless heavyweight merino men's knits and chunky merino women's knits.
