Knitwear Repair Service

Jumper and Sweater Repair Service

If you have purchased a jumper or accessory from us and have found that it requires a repair or has become damaged over time, please email a picture to hello@pauljamesknitwear.com
 
 
 
For our repeat UK customers and those that purchased a sweater over £100, we will email you a free return slip which can be affixed to the outside of your parcel. For all other UK orders, please post your item to us using the cheapest Royal Mail service and all repairs will be posted back to the customer free of charge.
 

International customers are required to pay for their own carriage to us and back out, but more details about the returns services we offer can be found here. 
Please be aware that holes over 0.5cm in diameter will always show some distortion in the fabric.
 
If your item cannot be repaired to a reasonable standard, we will discuss suitable solutions and how to proceed.
 
 

Alterations and Made to Measure Jumpers, Sweaters and Cardigans 

Many of our jumpers can be altered to fit customers specifications and we also provide a made to measure service. For all made to measure orders we charge 2 to 3 times the recommended retail price depending on the scale and complexity of the alterations.
 
We ask customers to post us a sample of a jumper that fits well, plus comments on any additional changes they require. The sample will remain intact and will be posted back to the customer once their jumper has been prepared.
Sweaters can be produced within 2-6 weeks and the final cost will be quoted once the enquiry has been processed.
