Exchanges and Returns

• Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Refunds can take 7-10 working days to process. To speed up this process, we do encourage customers who are wanting to exchange to order another item and to return the one they have for a refund.
• Items must be unused and returned with all original tags intact.
