Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note refunds can take 7-10 working days to process. To speed up this process, we do encourage customers who are wanting to exchange to order another item and to return the one they have for a refund.

Items must be unused and returned with all original tags intact. Details on how to exchange or refund your order can be found here or in the footer menu. A return slip can be printed by clicking here.

Please note our factory store is closed, we do not have plans to re-open this. We do not have the facilities to allow customers to browse our collections or try jumpers on at our factory.
