    100% Cotton Mandarin Collar Jacket

    A refined layer that bridges heritage and modern tailoring, the Indore Knitted Nehru Jacket is our contemporary take on a classic menswear shape - reinterpreted for women. Crafted from 100% Indian-grown cotton and knitted in a full Milano stitch, this midweight (681g) jacket offers structure, breathability and lasting comfort.

    The stand collar, also known as a Nehru or mandarin collar, adds a distinct, upright silhouette. A clean, curved placket and A-line cut create subtle shaping through the body, softening the structure without compromising on formality.

    Featuring two patch pockets near the hem and a secure internal buttoned pocket, the Indore is practical as well as polished. Finished with six natural buttons and self-edged trims for a refined, tailored look.

    A versatile alternative to a tailored jacket. Wear open over a t-shirt or buttoned over a knit for a clean, minimal finish.

    • A-line silhouette with relaxed fit through the hips
    • Chest (Size M) - 49cm +/- 3cm with each size
    • Length (Size M): 62.5cm +/- 1cm with each size
    • Abigail is 5ft 10" (177cm), UK 10/12 and wears medium for a regular fit

    • Although cotton will stretch when worn, washing it will return it to its original shape
    • Machine wash using a gentle 30°C on a low spin or 40°C for heavy stains
    • If hand-washing, rinse thoroughly in tepid water with a mild detergent
    • Ensure any excess water has been removed to avoid stretching
    • Smooth the garment back into shape and dry flat on a towel
    • Dry naturally, away from sunlight
    • Never dry on direct heat or radiators
    • Iron your knitwear inside out while slightly damp to preserve its shape
