Relaxed Fit 100% Cotton Gansey Knitted Shirt

Named after the Scottish coastal town of Nairn on the Moray Firth, this knitted cotton shirt reinterprets traditional Gansey knitwear for warmer conditions. Crafted from 100% cotton, it offers breathable comfort with a substantial midweight handle that feels soft against the skin whilst remaining practical for everyday wear. Designed with a relaxed fit, it creates a more casual appearance and easy drape, making it comfortable to wear on its own or layered throughout spring and summer.

Inspired by our classic Gansey jumper design, Nairn is knitted on a garter stitch base with integrated Aran, cable and selection knit textures running through the front panels. Finished with an all-needle button-through placket, full Milano collar and neatly constructed single jersey double trims at the cuffs and hem, it balances traditional knitwear craftsmanship with the ease and versatility of a short-sleeve shirt.

Oatmeal - Earl is 6ft 2in (188cm), chest size 39in (99cm) and wears a size Medium for a regular fit.

Although cotton will stretch when worn, washing it will return it to its original shape
