100% British Lambswool Raglan Crew Neck Sweater - Made in England

The Lawrence jumper is a quintessential British piece. It features a smart saddle shoulder crew neck and is crafted from Yorkshire-spun lambswool, knitted in our Leicestershire factory using advanced zero-waste seamless Japanese knitting technology.

Sourced from the esteemed Z. Hinchliffe & Sons (established in 1766), our lambswool is exceptionally soft, has a fluffy texture, and is naturally hypoallergenic. This timeless knit offers a flattering fit, complete with stylish ribbing around the cuffs, hem, and neckline, as well as raglan sleeves.

Designed with a minimal profile, the jumper has no side seams, enhancing both comfort and stretch.

    Lambswool Yarn

English-spun lambswool begins with the first shear of young sheep, yielding exceptionally fine fibres with a naturally soft, airy handle.

Spun by Z. Hinchliffe & Sons using carefully selected Geelong fibres, it combines lightweight insulation with natural elasticity and enduring resilience. The result is warmth comparable to a heavier knit, without unnecessary bulk, refined, breathable, and made for everyday wear.

    Made in our Leicestershire Factory

This piece is made in our Leicestershire factory by experienced knitters working at the centre of England’s long-established knitwear industry. The site has been integral to the development of our wool and cashmere collections, where attention to finish and consistency is essential.

Because we own and run the factory ourselves, we are closely involved at every stage of production. This hands-on approach allows us to control quality and materials, resulting in knitwear made in England that is built to last and offered with a clear, direct connection to the factory floor.

    Lovely jumper!

    — Christian P. (5/5)

    Perfect if it were longer

"This is a beautiful jumper. The wool is comfortable on the skin and the colour is dazzling. I would like more length in the body and the sleeve. I did not want to size up to a L as that would make the entire thing too big. The model looks skinny and taller than me, so I'm not sure how the sleeves on the M fit him differently. If it had that I'd give it 5 stars."

    — Matthew H. (4/5)

    Runs small

"Beautiful quality, rich colour and very soft to the touch. Unfortunately it did not fit the recipient and I would say that it runs a little small. He normally wears a Medium in most brands but it was tight in the shoulders and chest and a bit short in the sleeves as well. We will try the Large and see if it suits any better."

    — Anna R. (4/5)
