Poor quality control and shrunk like mad
"First off, the first of these jumpers I received came with a small tear in the arm, and this company would only refund the return shipping for the defective item, not the initial shipping. So when I had a replacement exchanged, I had to pay shipping for that item as well, effectively making me pay shipping twice for this item. After I received the second jumper, the quality and feel seemed great, until after a few wears I machine washed it cold and air dryed (as I do with all my cotton items, this came with no care instructions on the clothing or on the website) This jumper shrunk significantly, losing approximately 10% of its size everywhere. Joke for the price this is charged."
