Customer service and replacement procedure
"The first jumper smelt musty and was returned. The replacement arrived but the packaging and the jumper inside was quite damp (a courier issue). I decided to wash it and it turned out OK. These issues were dealt with efficiently by Paul James in accordance with their procedures. This did mean however that I had pay to return the 1st jumper and pay a second time for a jumper and postage so at one point I was down the cost of 2 jumpers and 3 postal costs (I wanted the jumper for a holiday and so paid for the fast delivery each time). Refunds were made quite quickly in the end but it did feel that as a customer I had, at one point, to fund the problems myself. The jumper itself is fine and the quality seems good. A shame it was damp on arrival as it has taken away some of the feeling of having a new jumper. My wife and I have purchased from PJ 4 or 5 times and this is the first issue."
