About our face mask

Made using a luxuriously soft and durable Californian grown Supima Cotton, which is spun and dyed in Manchester by English Fine Cottons and knitted at our Leicestershire factory in England using the latest seamless 3D knitting technology and finished with Micro-Fresh® anti-bacterial technology, our masks are one of the most comfortable and sustainable masks available today.

Our Ear Pull Protectors are a great way to remove all the pressure from your ears. Ideal for a long wear.

About our filter

A replaceable PM2.5 filter pocket has been knitted into the mask for extra protection and for easy filter replacement. Each mask comes with one filter.

About Our Supima® Cotton

About Our Micro-Fresh® Odour Resistant Technology

The active ingredient in Micro-Fresh® is natural and sustainable, it is free from nanotechnology and is effective in reducing bacteria by up to 99.9%.  Wash tested effective beyond 50 washes with a 95% efficacy.  Micro-Fresh products are independently tested by the University of Leicester and Aston University to ensure the technology continues to develop and give the very best to our customers.   We are Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified,  BPR registered and have the British Allergy Foundation stamp of approval, making Micro-Fresh® hypoallergenic, safe to use on the most sensitive skin.

We produced our mask as a sustainable alternative to disposable, polyester and synthetic masks, and in response to the UK governments change in the recommended use of face coverings in certain areas

We offer two return services, one for UK customers and one for International customers.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of shipping your order. Any returns outside of this window will only be eligible for an exchange if the items are returned in the original condition with all tags in place up to 45 days after the purchase date.

**Christmas Shopping Return Policy**

For any items which are purchased outside of our 30 day return window we will only offer an exchange. All items must be returned to us by Friday 19th January 2024 with all original tags in place.

Packing instructions

2. Place the item(s) in a suitable shipping bag
3. If your order value was £100 or over please visit our Return Portal or contact us at hello@pauljamesknitwear.com for a pre-paid Royal Mail shipping slip
4. For orders under £100 goods, or if items are not being exchanged, items must be returned to us at your own cost, or if you use our portal £4.00 will be deducted from your return.
5. On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 5-7 working days.
6. Any refund will be returned in the same currency as purchase.
7. Please post your item(s) to the following address. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your courier.

We encourage our United Kingdom customers to use our free returns policy on orders over £100 to order two sizes and refund the unwanted size for a free refund. Jumpers can be placed on top of the giftees clothing to see if the fit is right.
