"The sizes said up to 10 or 11-13 as I’m a 10. 5 I emailed for advice and was told to go for 11-13. They arrived and are warm but too loose, sag and move forwards away from my toes so have to be constantly pulled back up when in boots or wellies . Have emailed to ask for exchange as I went on their own advice before purchase and await response so 🤞"
